this past week....

My life is not TOO exciting, but since I have been informed that there are people that actually read this, what the heck, I might as well try and keep it updated :) haha plus I just gave a little presentation at enrichment this last week about keeping a journal, blog, or digital photo books so I should probably follow my own advice. So highlights from this past week:

the kids and I had a few play dates, Braden and I went to the ward playgroup, which is pretty funny since Braden is way younger than the other kids there, but he loves going places and being around the kids and it's fun for me too cause I get to know other people in the ward :) and I am in a fantastic ward! There are so many fun, nice people!

I also went to a theater jazz dance class this week. haha it was so great!

The weekend was fantastic mostly because the weather was so nice! AHH it felt like spring, but don't worry cause it rained all day yesterday and has been POURING all day today.

I got to go running outside AND it wasn't really even cold!

I got to go out with the Sister missionaries twice. AHHH we have been meeting with this guy named Fred, who is so great and hysterical! He used to be a preacher or something so he knows the scriptures really well and I think we're making progress. :)

and last, but not least, I don't know if I would really call this a highlight, but I gave a talk in church yesterday (after getting the assignment on Friday night because my employer was supposed to give it and he went out of town) and I think it went well. Also my sunbeams are a little out of control, but more on that another time :)
